Castle Hill Tavern is the original ‘local’ pub in the Hills district, with years of providing customers with efficient and friendly customer service at all of our four bars. The Tav will cater to all your needs with our wide range of facilities such as our family friendly bistro, VIP lounge, TAB, pool table, beer garden and our two dedicated function rooms ideal for both corporate and private events.

Our Bistro is open seven days from 11am till late and has weekday dining specials for lunch and dinner. Our dining area boasts both inside and outdoor seating for any age to enjoy.

The Bourbon Bar is a fantastic location for any cocktail or banquet style event. It has its very own private bar and wooden dance floor. This room has a great relaxed feel and has been host to many birthdays, engagements and school reunions as well as sporting presentations and awards ceremonies.

Il Nido - The Nest was built and opened on 22nd of April 1997 by the Dell’Aquila family, drawing on inspiration of our family’s surname, meaning “from the eagle”.

Aldo Dell’Aquila built the restaurant and with his son David (owner) created one of the first modern Australian with touch of Italian flare cuisine for castle hill.

FACT: Il Nido was the original wood-fired pizza places to open in the area.

Al-Madina Lebanese Cuisine, is a family owned restaurant, opened on Friday 15th September 2006 by the Mayor of Baulkham Hills, Sonya Phillips.

The Moussa family have had a long history in the hospitality industry in Sydney, dating back to 1976 with the opening of their first restaurant in George Street in the City, called ‘Aladdin’.
