Wild Lime Cooking School uses wild bush food in fusion with Asian and Mediterranean cuisine. A two hour hands on class is followed by lunch with local wines. The venue is the gleaming stainless steel kitchen of Wild Lime Cottage situated one and a half hours from both Brisbane and the Gold Coast at the wilderness end of Lamington National Park. Classes are held monthly with themes taken from journeys enjoyed by the owners to a variety of places around the globe. Savour the flavours of wild Australia in a spectacularly scenic setting overlooked by the dramatic mountains of Lamington National Park-- cook with wild finger limes, lemon myrtle, warrigal greens, mints peppers, bush tomatoes and more, blended with exotic spices from far away.
