The Jubilee Park Adventure Playground at Port Noarlunga is suitable for all ages, fully fenced, with toilets, barbecue, undercover tables and chairs, an access swing and car parking. Outside of the wooden fortress area is a modern play area with a slide plus some great equipment that twists and turns.

Hallett Cove Conservation Park is one of Australia's most outstanding geological and archaeological sites, recording evidence of an Australian ice age some 280 million years ago and providing a treasure chest of more than 1,700 Aboriginal artefacts. Magnificently developed glacial pavements along the northern cliff tops are recognised as the best record of Permian glaciation in Australia and have international significance. The park also conserves native flora and fauna and has access to a beach for swimming and fishing. Hallett Cove Conservation Park is just 22 kilometres south of the Adelaide city centre. A series of walking trails run through the park.

The premier and original open market of the Fleurieu Peninsula has been operating since 1982. It is held on the first and third Sunday of each month from 9am to 1pm. Stalls consist of fresh fruit and vegetables, plants, arts and crafts, antiques, collector's items, bric a brac and other second hand items. ' Local life saving clubs and Coastguard offer sausage sizzles to raise funds for their community charity. All monies raised are donated to local organisations and charities in the City of Onkaparinga. At present in excess of AUD190,000 has been donated. City of Onkaparinga 2008 Community Event of the Year Award.

The Reynella Winery is the site of oldest wine business in South Australia, established by John Reynell in 1838. After passing through several hands, the Hardy family purchased the business in 1982. Hardys association with Reynella dates from 1850 when pioneer and founder Thomas Hardy, worked for John Reynell during his first six months in Australia. Today, the historic Reynella Winery and Cellar Door remains a premier wine tourism destination. Cellar Door is also adjacent to many historic structures including the grand Reynell Homestead which dates from 1842 and Cellar Number One which dates from 1845. The Old Cave as it is more affectionately known is listed with the National Trust and is the oldest working wine cellar in Australia. Adjoining the cellar is the old Number One Spirit Store, which has been converted to a function room and restaurant. Braydun Hill vineyard is situated next to the Onkaparinga Gorge National Park, overlooking McLaren Vale and Willunga townships to the south and the Onkaparinga estuary and the ocean to the west. For many generations, Braydun Hill has been used as a grazing property, for cattle, sheep and angora goats. The ideal grape growing position led to the decision to plant the vineyard in the mid 1990s, and in 1998 the first vines were planted. The decision was made at the time to aim to produce top quality grapes to make the very best full bodied red wine, namely Shiraz. Braydun Hill does not grow any white varieties, as the vineyard is perfect for top quality red. Their philosophy is to do one thing and to excel. Shiraz lovers are welcome to visit, tour the vineyard and sample their premium wine. The small, cosy cellar door is open most weekends.

Step back in time to the days of Cobb and Co Coaches with a visit to the Reynella Horse Changing Station. Built in the 1850’s, the carefully restored building has had many different uses, including time as a stable, a church, a black smith’s shop and, of course, as a station at which stage coaches on the Adelaide to Willunga route would stop and change horses. An interesting collection of historical artefacts, heritage information and photographs describing and depicting this fascinating history are now on display in the restored building. Mementos of your visit can also be purchased. Car parking and toilet facilities are available in the shopping centre located on the same site as the Reynella Horse Changing Station. Entry via a gold coin donation to assist with restoration.
