The red wines are sourced from low yielding vineyards in One Tree Hill and made in the traditional method, using small open top fermentors, a basket press and the influence of minimal oak for maturation to enhance the essence of the vineyard. With a breathtaking location on the ridge, bold and adventurous wines are being handmade and crafted, such as Italian varieties including nebbiolo and sangiovese, as well as the region's flagship varieties which include shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, grenache and merlot. Tenafeate Creek has a diverse range of wines to suit all palates, including medium-full bodied reds, whites, rose style, sparklings and fortified wines.
