Kumbartcho hosts the Pine Rivers Community Nursery. The Nursery produces local native plants perfect for planting in the district. Keperra World Series Paintball is Brisbane's premium paintball field. It is set over 60 acres and has 10 fully developed themed fields which will have you running, ducking and shooting for hours! Being the largest field in QLD, it's the obvious decision for paintballing in Queensland.

Keperra offers four start times, two morning session and two afternoon session, so you can play at a time that suits you.

The morning session are 7:15am and 8:15am and start with a quick safety brief and tutorial before heading out to play.

Samford World Series Paintball is your chance to play on the same field as the Pro's. Samford has been the host to International Games and Tournaments and therefore can cater for groups of any size. Samford is home to 6 different themed fields and all only 25 minutes from the Brisbane CBD.

The Samford District Historical Museum boasts a comprehensive collection of buildings of local significance and purpose built replicas. There's also an Aboriginal kippa-making ceremony diorama as well as displays featuring local rural industries, horse-drawn transport, Ferny Grove to Dayboro railway (1918 to 1955), education and domestic life. Groups, by prior arrangement, can be entertained with demonstrations of old-time working with timber skills, blacksmithing, olden day school and more. Researchers will be amazed at the reference collection of photographs, published local history books, newspaper cuttings, historical maps and other files covering Samford district's growth and changes since the mid 1850s to current times. The rustic and rural buildings also provide ideal settings for wedding photos.
