The Peter Franz Fine Art Gallery was purpose built by Peter himself to showcase both his passion for photography and to provide a venue to showcase fine art within the Barossa Valley region. The gallery has been constructed to complement the German heritage and era in which it is set. The gallery brings together the old and the new beautifully. While retaining its traditional charm on the outside the interior is modern and fresh. The gallery has frequently updated group exhibitions promoting high quality artworks created by South Australian artists. We specialise in featuring fine art from a wide range of mediums including paintings, ceramics, sculpture, drawings, photography, glass works, jewellery and textiles. The Peter Franz Fine Art Gallery is surrounded by high quality restaurants, beautiful lawns and famous wineries. A small family owned wine business established in 1928 making estate grown wines from a 10 hectare vineyard. Spinifex Art and Crafts, Lyndoch is a retail shop selling exclusive, quality hand-crafted goods including pottery, plants, dolls, bears, quilts, patchwork, folk art, preserves, paintings of local scenes, candles, timber items, cards, baby wear, scarves, hats, Victorian embroidery and much, much more. All goods are locally made in the Barossa region.

At Kellermesiter we've been hand crafting wines at our boutique winery nestled in the hills of the beautiful Barossa Valley for a long time now. It all began in the late 1970s as Ralph and Val Jones sat with gum boots on, ankle deep in water, labouring tirelessly into the night together. Their aim was to produce small batch wines of unique character and today Kellermeister stands amongst the top-rated wineries in Australia. God's Hill Wines are a family business producing boutique premium wines in the Barossa Valley. Our cellar door is rustic workers shed in the middle of the vineyard from which the wine is made. We offer simple and attentive wine tasting with our winemaker Charlie Scalzi and whilst you taste you can sample the estate grown olives and oil made by God's Hill. A magical experience which takes you into the heart of the Barossa, connecting you with its people and the land.

A small boutique producer of dry red and fortified wines, Dutschke Wines concentrates on using grapes grown on the old family block located next to the St. Jakobi Church and from small parcels of fruit taken from growers along Gods Hill Road at Lyndoch. Nearly every grape crushed grows within a three kilometre stretch of dirt south of the winery's front gate. Wayne Dutschke started making wine in 1979 in Australia as well as knocking out a few vintages in Spain and California. In 1990, Wayne formed his own brand called WillowBend producing a blend of Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet. Interest from the United States in 1998 brought about a name change to Dutschke Wines as well as a few new brands - GHR Neighbours Shiraz, St. Jakobi Shiraz and the reserve wine Oscar Semmler Shiraz. Since their first crush in 1990, Dutschke Wines has strived to make affordable wines of the highest quality that show Wayne's expression of the characteristics of that precious patch of dirt from a precious corner of the Barossa Valley. Although production is small, demand for Dutschke Wines continues to be strong in Australia and abroad. Tastings by appointment only.

Stroll through more than two hectares of lavender at the multi-award winning Lyndoch Lavender Farm. Touch and smell more than 90 different varieties. This is your opportunity to visit a working lavender farm in beautiful rural surroundings, with an abundance of birds, butterflies and Bearded Dragons in spring and summer. Lyndoch Lavender Farm provides scenic walks and gourmet food tasting. There's a sheltered cafe offering light meals and wine tastings, and a shop with a fantastic range of lavender products - toiletries, household products, plants, and gifts. Be sure to talk to the staff who are always keen to help you learn more about lavender! Open daily 10am to 4.30pm from August to January, and 10am to 4.30pm on weekends and public holidays from February to July. Other times by appointment.

Schild Estate's vineyards include some of the oldest in Australia including the famous Moorooroo vineyard near Jacobs Creek, which was planted in the 1850s. Vineyard site selection has favoured the cooler, southern end of the Barossa near Lyndoch, which enjoys a slower and longer ripening period - perfect for optimum grape flavour. Discover the gold mining history of the area on one of the two loop trails. The shorter loop is just over one kilometre long and takes about one hour to complete. The longer loop is about five kilometres and takes three to four hours. Interpretive signs illustrate mining techniques, geology, and treatment of ore and the lifestyles of people who lived there. Fossicking and collecting of rocks are not permitted. Re-enactment Day is at Bowden's Cottage on the fourth Sunday in September where visitors can pan for gold, see mining displays, learn about local history, see blacksmithing demonstrations, old working engines and enjoy Billy tea and damper.

The Creed family began winemaking in 2003 however their long and fond relationship with the industry and the Barossa region stretches back many years prior. Hemera Estate formally known as Ross Estate is a 20 year old southern Barossa winery with 110 acres of vines which was originally developed by Darius and Pauline Ross. The reason behind the transition from Ross Estate to Hemera Estate is that our founder Darius Ross finally wished to retire. The business was sold in early 2012, and has since been easing into its transition as Hemera Estate. The new beginning as Hemera Estate will bring a stronger focus to our viticulture, winemaking and overall style. Gomersal Wines Cellar Door is pure Australiana. Views of eucalypts, rolling pastures, vineyards and the reedy line of Gomersal Creek can be seen from the huge verandah that wraps around the tasting room. Inside, magnificent red gum tables compliment the room, while the walls are spectacularly hung with vibrant portraits of Flinders Ranges characters by local artist George Aldridge.

We offer our full range of Gomersal and G2 wines for tasting in cellar door. Spoil your palate whilst learning more about our vineyard and winemaking philosophy, and some history of what is now known as Gomersal Wines. Tastings are AUD5.00 per person. This is redeemable upon purchase of any wine at cellar door on the day.

At Barossa Fruit Wines our we produce semi-sweet alcoholic table and dessert wine using a wide range of fruit, but not grapes. This follows an ancient tradition whereby people made wine from whatever fruit was available at the time.

Our wide range of 12 begins with elegant fragrant Rose Petal, through popular varieties of berry, pomme and stone fruits, to unique Quandong (Australian Native Peach).
