Established in 1984, Tinonee Orchid Nursery is one of Australia's leading orchid nurseries. They specialise in the breeding and propagation of many genera of orchids, from native Australian orchids to most of the popular genera from many other countries around the world. Cultural talks and morning tea facilities are available. Wheelchair accessible, with buses and club groups welcome. Free monthly growing classes and advice. Free catalogue and cultural notes are available on request. During the year an open day is held which includes potting demonstrations and advice from experienced growers. Light refreshments and food are available.

Explore the beautiful gardens, walk around the dam full of wild ducks and see lots other bird life, and yes if you're lucky enough you may even see the resident Koala in the tree tops. It's all so tranquil and relaxing! Available at the gallery and café are crafts and other gift items, home made jams, jellies and relishes, fresh light lunches, morning and afternoon teas, espresso coffee. The premises are family and wheel chair friendly. They also specialise in weddings, birthdays, functions and bus groups with seating for up to 50 people. .

The Famous Tinonee Cafe is a destination cafe located on the Manning River in the quaint town of Tinonee. A five minute drive from Taree and around three and a half hours north of Sydney. The cafe serves light lunches, home baked cakes and slices and fine brewed coffee. There is an English lollies shop and smart little gift shop on site.

The purpose of the Tinonee Historical Society Museum is to preserve the past for current and future generations. It is a place for learning, remembrance and to honour the pioneers and founders of our local area, Tinonee. Tinonee Historical Society Museum is a small unique museum where you can research the history of the area. Experience the local history with an inspection of the original Gaol Cell which is located inside the Museum.
