ACTIVITIES KEMBLA GRANGE

The Australian Motorlife Museum is dedicated to providing visitors with an insight into the history of motoring, through its showcase of historic vehicles and memorabilia and through their events, publications, and library. Displays include gramophones, very early typewriters, signs, and much more. The Australian Motorlife Museum has a unique position in the tourism arena and has a national reputation within the heritage motoring community. The current collection comprises thousands of antique items and continues to grow at an astonishing rate. The museum is now the home of the Paul Butler Collection which includes about 16 motor vehicles prior to 1930, and many items of memorabilia - all of which will be put on exhibition progressively as they are restored.

The German Club offers the best of the German/Austrian traditional foods and beer, schnapps and wines, also bottled Aussie beers. They cater for functions, weddings, and 21st birthday parties, with a capacity of up to 180 people. Their restaurant is famous for the German homestyle meals which are known to be of generous proportions, and it is guaranteed that you will not go home hungry. Their recreational facilities include skat and petanque. The German Club hosts monthly markets and the Annual Oktoberfest celebration, the largest Oktoberfest event in the Illawarra.
