Whispering Vines Café can be found next to the cellar door and has a modern café cuisine focused on fresh organic and biodynamic produce. You can find AllPress coffee made by their trained baristas anytime of the day along with cake or gelato. Al-fresco dining overlooking the lake and the vineyard, the modern cuisine paired with chosen wines is sure to tantalise your taste buds. Every Friday is pizza night at Whispering Vines Cafe, includes all you can eat gourmet pizza (Gluten-Free included), and your first glass all for $15! The cellar door is open daily, come and visit their unique cellar door and working winery. Trofeo Estate's friendly staff will greet you with tastings of their two labels No.85 and their premium, Trofeo Estate. Trofeo Estate wine varieties include Chardonnay, Moscato, Pinot Noir and Shiraz. Pinot Gris and Cabernet Sauvignon will also be available following the harvest of 2013. The vineyard is managed based on biodynamic principles. The production of wine involves the use of terracotta amphorae to promote purity of fruit.
