The 85km cruise begins in the beautiful Noosa River and continues beyond the Lake Cooroibah and Cootharaba to the unspoilt Everglades. We visit Kinaba, the gateway to Cooloola National Park. Built in the water, boardwalks surround this unique information centre. There is time to explore the wetlands and view the displays before we enter the everglades. The River of Mirrors, with tranquil, unspoilt dark water. Cruise slowly through the unsurpassed reflections. Photograph and enjoy the beauty of this wondrous area. At Harry\'s Hut we\'ll enjoy a delicious home-made barbecue lunch cooked by your skipper while you explore, swim or just relax with a complimentary glass of wine. We have a beautiful covered picnic area right by this relic of the timbercutting days. After lunch we retrace our steps to have you home around 3pm. Departure times take advantage of the nicest part of the day. Specially designed boats provide fast, comfortable, all-weather cruising to spend more time in the everglades than getting there. Windows all round for best viewing (can be open or closed). Comfortable padded seats. Barbecue lunch - your choice of steak or fish, includes sausages and home-made salads with fruit and complimentary wine. Real tableware and cutlery used (not disposable). Refreshments throughout cruise including morning and afternoon tea. Amenities at all stops (Kinaba, Harry\'s Hut). Distinctively-shaped Mount Tinbeerwah (265 metres) stands out in the Tewantin National Park, which protects ancient flooded gum forests, wallum heaths and cabbage-tree palms. It also offers great views to the popular Noosa coast and lakes. Wooroi day-use area, set among she-oaks and bloodwoods, has picnic tables, barbecues and drinking water. (The butcherbirds and noisy miners are cheeky but please don't feed them). Walk along Wooroi Creek track and cool Palm Grove track. Head towards Cooroy and stop at Mount Tinbeerwah lookout. A 500 metre track leads to a lookout with 360 degree views over the Noosa River system, lakes and surrounding forests. About 130 metres along the walk, a lookout with coastal views is suitable for assisted wheelchair access.

Settled in the late 1800s as a camp for sawmill workers, the town prospered when the railway arrived and the region's timber and dairy industries boomed. Today Cooroy is famous for Cooroy Mountain Spring Water, which flows from Cooroy Mountain and is sold all over Australia. Visitors to this area can also explore the Noosa Botanic Gardens to see native plants and abundant bird life. Covering 20 acres, the gardens are a popular venue for concerts, weddings and other events. The shores of nearby Lake Macdonald also abound with tranquil spots for a picnic. Created in 1965, the lake has an average depth of six metres and is a popular spot for fishing.
