The Palm Beach Golf Club enjoys an exquisite advantage of location, being only a fifty-minute drive from the commercial heartland of Sydney. The sprawling nine hole course is a championship level layout overlooking the picturesque Northern Beaches. The club is sheltered by the Barrenjoey Lighthouse, cradled between the Pittwater and Palm Beach. The clubhouse also provides a range of golfing equipments and accessories, like golf carts and clothes. To the uninitiated this relatively flat course appears to be a bit of a 'doddle' at first, however as shown with past Pro-Ams very rarely under competition set up is the course par of 64 achieved. This 4,176 metre course has given many good golfers a basic lesson in course management, a fact that is further attested to with its revised layout record of 59.

Umina Beach is located in the southern coastline of the Central Coast, on the Peninsula. Umina Beach has excellent surfing conditions, choppy in strong southerlies. The Umina Beach Surf Life Saving Club has been on site since 1959, and will host the 2014 NSW State Championship. The beach is patrolled every weekend and public holiday through the season to keep swimmers out of trouble. Patrol members are all volunteers.

Bouddi Gallery represents artists from not-for-profit Aboriginal owned Art Centres in remote areas and is the only Aboriginal art gallery on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia. Bouddi Gallery specialises in pre-stretched 30 x 30cm canvases and is located in the picturesque village of Killcare in Bouddi National Park. Bouddi Gallery has an extensive range of paintings on canvas and bark, works on paper, ceramics, carvings, glassware, weavings, seed jewellery, homewares and giftwares and maintains relationships with Art Centres in the Kimberley, Central and Western Deserts, Tiwi Islands and Arnhem Land. The gallery also sells artefacts and collectable art and has a comprehensive range of art and culture books, traditional and contemporary Aboriginal music, DVDs and children's story books. Daleys Point walking track, in Bouddi National Park, offers spectacular scenic views and an opportunity to experience unique Aboriginal cultural heritage. Starting near Wards Hill Road, this signposted track follows the ridgetop through beautiful bushlands with some short steep sections, to Daleys Point Aboriginal Site. It is a moderately easy walk that can be enjoyed on a family day trip. Winding through the woodlands, listen for the distinctive call of glossy black cockatoos. In spring, the bush is dotted with native wildflowers including the delicate white flannel flower. Before you know it you’ll arrive at Daleys Point with spectacular scenic views over Cockle Bay Nature Reserve and Brisbane Water. Also known as Milligans Cave or Fish Hook Shelter, these sandstone engravings are an important Aboriginal site.
