Home of the Living Lattice Labyrinth - the largest maze in the world grown in this fashion as a result of the inosculation of over 9,000 trees. Due to its open structure, claustrophobics will be relaxed in this maze, as will parents of young children.
You can explore the labyrinth to find The Tower, play The Seekers Game or just take a meditative stroll along the broad Living Lattice Paths which are suitable for wheelchairs and strollers.
Puzzles are available to play with and range from jigsaws for toddlers to the most mind-bending challenges. These puzzles are also for sale and are ideal as gifts - especially for those who are difficult to buy for.

Experience fine local coffee, tea and home-made cake either the coffee shop or on the veranda, overlooking the maze. Deliciously fresh light lunches are available and are made using local produce. Aboriginal Bora Ring

Aboriginal Bora Ring is one of the several tribal ceremonial grounds in the district and has been fenced and marked with a description board. Ceremonial grounds are very significant to the Aboriginal people and are usually marked with a Bora Ring. The Bora Ring is a raised platform of dirt arranged in a circle. This Bora Ring which was last used in the 1800s is located 15 kilometres south of Lismore on Wyrallah Road; it is a peaceful place, next to a cemetery with views to Parrots Nest and Blue Knob. Victoria Park Nature Reserve

Crawford House

Crawford House is the home of the Alstonville Plateau Historical Society, Community Resource Centre, and a small museum. In 2003 the Society restored this Federation style property which displays household items from the 1900s to the 1960s. Originally known as 'Olivene', the house was built in 1910 by DC Connor of Ballina for Mr William Ambrose Crawford and his new bride, Olive (nee White). Frank Miles is a unique Australian artist specializing in Bronze Sculpture.
Frank's work has been exhibited in over 60 solo and group exhibitions and numerous sculpture competitions around the world.
Since 1985 he has been commissioned to complete public bronze works internationally, and most recently completed commissions for the Gold Coast City Council and Ballina Shire Council on the east coast of Australia.
Frank's formal studies in Zoology and Botany have given him the skills to produce strikingly life-like sculptures, but he is equally adept at modern and abtracted styles.
