Blue Anchorage Cafe' Restaurant Bar

2 Toorbul St, Bribie Island QLD 4507

"There are dolphins jumping around in the water as I speak", chuckles Lisa Stevens, the owner of Blue Anchorage, a restaurant situated right on the waterfront of Queensland's gorgeous Bribie Island.

As well as being entertained by the occasional passing cetacean, diners are treated to painted sunsets over the famous Glasshouse Mountains every evening.

Such an idyllic setting makes it a favourite destination for weddings and parties, but on the whole it is just visited by those who enjoy a casual fine dining experience.

The seafood menu is what Blue Anchorage is most renowned for; the fresh seafood chowder, lobster and barramundi in particular.
