Macquarie Ice Rink makes it easy for schools to include Ice Skating in their sporting programs, giving students a change from traditional school sports and PE classes. Ice Skating at Macquarie is great fun, good exercise and exceptional value.

The Aussie Skate program has been specifically designed to enable skaters of all ages and all ability levels to progress at their own pace on their way to better skating.

Group discounts are available for any general skating session. Groups should be booked in advance to ensure they qualify for the discount rates.

Koala Park Sanctuary doesn’t just have koalas, it also includes animals such as Red & Grey Kangaroos, Dingoes, Wombats, Echidnas, Emus, many Wallaby species and a large collection of Australian Native Birds. Koala Park was created in the 1920’s and officially opened in October of 1930 by the founder Noel Burnet. He became alarmed at the high numbers of koalas shot for the large export fur trade. He feared that if such harsh treatment was allowed to continue, this loveable and unique animal would disappear from the face of the earth forever. From that time on he spent his whole life fighting to protect, research and create a safe environment in which they could live and breed naturally.

Glen Street Theatre is a 400 seat proscenium arch auditorium that presents a subscription season of professional theatre productions, quality children’s shows and community events throughout the year including school productions and dance concerts.

Glen Street Theatre is located in Belrose on Sydney’s north shore, approximately 20 minutes drive from the CBD. Incinerator Art Space is an iconic and heritage-listed Walter Burley Griffin designed building that retains its strong Modernist style of architecture.  The interior has been sensitively renovated to create a professional gallery space that lends itself to exhibit a broad range of contemporary art in a distinctive environment.  Incinerator Art Space strives to offer the community a hub for showcasing exceptional, innovative and timely visual arts exhibitions. Incinerator Art Space hosts a series of exhibitions curated by Council’s Curator & Visual Arts Coordinator as well as art exhibitions held by members of the public.
