The Kanawinka Geopark, named for Kanawinka, "Land of Tomorrow", is situated along a structurally controlling geological fault. It is home to Australia's most extensive volcanic province and extends from the Narracoorte Caves in South Australia into Western Victoria, before disappearing offshore at Portland. Kanawinka is a parish name in the County of Follett near Casterton and Coleraine.
