Euroa and district has many attractions and activities. The town has a traditional retail centre based within a one town block which provides convenient and easy shopping. There are many early buildings built at the height of Queen Victoria's era. All of these buildings have a grandeur and elegance that adds to the character of the town. Many of these buildings are located close to the shopping precinct and can be found in Binney Street (amongst the shops), in Kirkland Avenue, Clifton Street and Railways Street. Do not miss a visit to the Victoria Cross Memorial Park in Kirkland Avenue, where the three VC winners are honoured. Euroa is the only town in the Commonwealth to have this many citizens awarded with this distinguished medal. Euroa Apex Walking Track

There is an easy walking track along the scenic Seven Creeks which was established by the Euroa Apex Club. Commencing at the Seven Creeks Formal Park, the circuit follows the creek with one crossing at the Rockies (southern end) and the other at the Butter Factory Bridge (northern end). The track was established in 1988 as a Bicentennial Project. It extends for approximately 6.8 kilometres along both sides of the creek through a red gum riverine plain. Fifty-three species of birds have been identified along the creek, as well as platypus, koalas, echidnas, water rats and sugar gliders. Trout Cod, English Perch, Blackfish and other species are found in the stream. A fish ladder is located near the central section of the track....
