Since 1992, Brad Holmes has been teaching surfing at The Spit, Main Beach, with Personalised Surf Coaching for all ages and levels of experience, including disabled. Brad is a Level 2 Surfing Coach, and Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor. He incorporates Tai Chi and Qigong into the warm-up to improve greater flexibility, co-ordination and balance. He is also a Level 3 International Surfing Judge, and has a Diploma of Sports Management ( Surfing Studies).

Come and try SUP Tai Chi! SUP Tai Chi is the blending of light, gentle Tai Chi and Qigong exercises, learnt on the beach opposite Bumbles ( great food and coffee!), and when confident, they practice - on the SUPs, on the Nerang River.
