The Marshall McMahon Inn gained some notoriety when the bushranger Captain Thunderbolt robbed the northern mail coach in 1867 in Wallabadah. The history of the Pub is well documented in a pictorial display in the bar.
Lunches are available every day, dinner is available Fridays and Saturdays. Wednesdays from 6pm is Pizza Night and Thursdays is Schnitzel Night.
The rooms have been lovingly renovated, but kept nice and simple to provide affordable accommodation for the whole family. The shared bathroom is modern and new, you won't mind sharing this one!
A courtesy bus is available for pick-up at Quirindi Railway Station and the Pub is running tours through the Liverpool Plains visiting local attractions and seasonal cropping sites.
