The property is well designed, well positioned on the southern edge of Townsville, close to all three hospitals. The racecourse, shops, restaurants, café's, Golf course, and is only 4.5 kilometres from the city centre. So you can stay away from the rat race, but be there in 10 minutes if the need arises.
