Chestnut Glade has two luxurious cottages nestled amidst an orchard of chestnut trees in the Yarra Valley. Escape to the peace and tranquillity of the open spaces. Situated on 20 acres, half of which is chestnut trees and the other half virgin bush and trails made for you to walk through Lucenti cottage of modern design with emphasis on space and light. The property has two bedrooms, one queen bed and the second room has two single beds. It has a spa and open fire to add to that cosy feel. There is a fully equipped kitchen and lots of space inside to relax. Nanking is the romantic cottage with an Asian theme. It has a large double spa overlooking its own private Japanese courtyard garden. The furnishings are of the highest quality and you will enjoy sitting in front of the open fire while relaxing on the couch. Both cottages have all modern amenities and are about 50 metres apart and feel very private. There is also a large dam on the property and the birdlife is abundant. Relax on the veranda while cooking your barbecue or visit the local Black Spur Inn for dinner. Either way your stay will be one to be remembered. Saladin Lodge welcomes you to experience one or more evenings accommodation in their deluxe bed/breakfast or lodge rooms surrounded by wonderful bush energy. You will emerge from your king size bed to a hearty cooked breakfast in the lodge at a time that works for you. Dinners are also catered for on request. Children are welcomed - to accommodate their needs discuss with your host, Kim. The Deluxe Rooms, Main Lodge Area and Store are wheelchair accessible. Saladin Lodge offer full conference facilities to take advantage of exclusive use of all the facilities. The lake is full of trout; fish for them, swim with them or take yourself for a walk around the many paths within the 68 acres - some will challenge and others will relax or just pick a bench and sit by them.
