Bullock Mountain Homestead is a 1200 acre property of natural bushland with 2 km’s of Reddestone Creek and 6 km’s of Beardy River at its boundary. Activities include fossicking, fishing, swimming, bird watching and bushwalking. There is an old sapphire mine on the property and the Reddestone Creek is famous for its dark blue sapphires. There is a guesthouse available, or powered/unpowered sites for campers or vans. Hunting is also available for feral/game animals and there is prolific deer on the property, as well as goats, pigs and rabbits.
