The property is located just three minutes walk from stunning Denhams Beach for swimming, surfing, water sports and long walks to other beautiful spots. A bus stop to Batemans Bay or Moruya is at the doorstep, and you are minutes to local shops, cafes and restaurants, and family friendly activities. Linen and towels are provided. A double fold down futon is available for extra guests. The cottage sleeps up to five guests, in two bedrooms, with one queen bed, one double bed, and a single tri-bunk. There is one bathroom....
