Less than two hours from Sydney's central business district in the Hawkesbury Highlands. The mature trees - liquid ambers, maples, oaks, eucalypts, camellias, magnolias and more have been selected for their special features. A great variety of native birds flock to feed on seeds, berries and pollen throughout the year. The veggie garden supplies organic produce for you to share for your dinner. Just imagine pulling carrots or picking broccoli and half an hour later they are on your plate. Delicious! There are twenty odd chooks who spend their days in paradise wandering the large garden.
